Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After dozens of emails, complaints posted on this website,being ignored on Facebook messenger,and also making comments on their Facebook page, I eventually received an email agreeing to refund all of the money taken,including my subscription cost.
so far I have only received 2 of the smallest amounts. There is still no sign of the large sum.
I hope it actually does appear,because they have issued me with emails saying all the amounts are being processed. So now I wait.
After ignoring dozens of emails,messages and comments for a full week, they waited until I made the decision to completely delete my Distrokid profile,and therefore lose 2 years worth of music uploads. Then I got a reply saying I would receive a *** mention of how...
They are completely ignoring my emails,fb messenger messages and comments on their FB page
I have no idea what the charges are for, and as far as i know all i have with distrokid is my yearly subscription. I do not choose any extras as i cannot afford them. I am absolutely desperate to get the charges back please. If i have to delete my account for that to be allowed then inwouldndo so,but i hope thats not necessary.
Ive sent many many emails,chats with the bot Dave,and facebook messenger messages are also ignored.
I am genuinely fearfull of being evicted if i cannot be refunded. Please help me
